Testing & Accreditation

An accredited facility behind every lot.

BGT Innovations isn't just a supplier — we operate an A2LA ISO/IEC 17025-accredited testing facility. Every lot we ship is analyzed in-house, certified, and traceable to its documentation.

Our process

From intake to shipment, documented.

Four checkpoints stand between raw stock and your order. Nothing leaves the facility without clearing all of them.

1

Lot Intake & Preparation

Solutions are sterile-filtered and prepared in controlled small batches; every lot is assigned a unique number that follows it through every step.

2

In-House Analysis

Each lot is tested at our A2LA ISO/IEC 17025-accredited facility using HPLC for instrument-verified identity and purity.

3

Full-Panel Screening

Applicable lots are screened for sterility, endotoxin, and heavy metals, so the safety profile is characterized — not assumed.

4

Batch-Tied COA

Results are recorded on a Certificate of Analysis matched to the lot number — the same document you can pull for the item you receive.

Accreditation

Why ISO/IEC 17025 matters.

ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. A2LA accreditation means the facility's methods, equipment, and results are independently audited for technical validity.

In practice: the numbers on your COA come from a facility whose ability to produce them has been verified by a third party — not just claimed by us.
